Bergamot essential oil is used in aromatherapy as nerve calming as well as to help relieve headaches.
Topical (Adults) Mix 1 drop in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of vegetable oil; apply to the affected area once a day.
Inhalation Add 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly and deeply for 5-10 minutes.
Bergamot is the fruit of the bergamot orange tree, not to be confused with citrus bergamia, the trade name of a lemon citrus cultivar grown in Marrakech. Our bergamot grows in the Reggio region of Calabria in Italy on a narrow stretch of the Calabrian coast running the length of the Ionian and Tyrrhenian seas where it supports local industry.
Organic and Chemotyped essential oil, 100% pure, natural and authentic.
